A man was walking out of a restaurant on Westport Road, in Kansas City, Missouri, when he fell on the sidewalk and fractured a bone in his right foot. There was a railing along the sidewalk but the railing ended suddenly and there was an unmarked drop off to a lower sidewalk. The lack of railing was later corrected by the property owner after Jared helped the injured customer receive a settlement for his injuries.
