The Law Office of Jared Rose secured a $25,000 policy limits settlement for a client who was rear-ended on Highway 71. The at-fault driver did not have any car insurance. Both Kansas and Missouri require drivers to have car insurance. But not everyone buys car insurance. So both Kansas and Missouri also require every car insurance policy to have at least $25,000 of uninsured motorist coverage to cover damages caused by uninsured drivers.
