The Law Office of Jared A. Rose represented the driver of a car that was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving 85 miles per hour going the wrong way on I-435.
Luckily, thanks to a trucker who stopped and put out a fire that could have engulfed the car, and to emergency personnel that arrived with the jaws of life, the driver escaped with a torn PCL and abrasions. The drunk driver’s insurance company, State Farm, settled with Jared’s client for the insurance policy’s $100,000 policy limit.
