The Law Office of Jared A. Rose represented the mother of a girl killed from injuries suffered in a 2016 car wreck. The girl died of injuries she suffered in a high-speed single-car wreck. She was a passenger in a car being driven by a drunk driver in Jackson County, Missouri. The driver was speeding at more than 100 miles per hour and lost control of his vehicle. The girl was ejected from the vehicle in the wreck and died of her injuries the next day. The Jackson County Circuit Court approved a $4,000,000.00 wrongful death settlement for the girl’s parents.
