Olathe Teacher Killed by Man Arrested for Drunk Driving

Police are investigating a crash in Stilwell, Kansas, that happened the night of Tuesday, May 31. An Olathe teacher, Caitlin Vogel, of Stiwell, was killed in the crash, and the other driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
